Iono carries the torch passed on by Cynthia, as this Paldean trainer catapulted herself into popularity thanks to her electric style and silly streamer personality. Despite being one of the newest Regional Championship promo cards on the list, Iono eclipses her competition, with only a few cards hovering at higher values.
While this Iono artwork isn’t unique, the reverse holo pattern, Regional Championship decal, and Staff stamp set it apart from its peers, and give Iono an almost $200 price tag. With such a strong start to her Pokemon TCG career, Iono seems destined to eclipse the $200 plateau.

Old School Still Has It
On the flip side, Jolteon is one of the oldest Regional Championship cards on the list, as this 2013 release is about a decade older than the previous Iono card. Some things, like Eeveelutions, never go out of style, so it’s no surprise to see this card creeping up the list.
