Tarountula and Spidops debut in Pokémon Go!

Enchanted Hollow continues the autumnal theme in Pokémon Go, along with bringing Tarountula and Spidops to the game.

While you’re hunting down these Bug-type Pokémon, make sure you take the time to complete the Enchanted Hollow research tasks and Enchanted Hollow Collection Challenges. Best to gather up as many Pokémon Go rewards as you can!

Fantastical Forest Collection Challenge Pokémon list

Fantastical Forest is the first Collection Challenge running throughout the Enchanted Hollow event in Pokémon Go. Due to this, you must complete this challenge by 8pm (local time) on Sunday 9th November if you want to unlock its rewards and have it added to your Elite Collector medal.

Here’s all of the Pokémon in the Fantastical Forest Collection Challenge and how to get them:

• Petilil — In the wild, Mossy Lure Module spawn and event-exclusive research task (Catch 10 Pokémon)
• Shelmet — In the wild, Mossy Lure Module spawn, event-exclusive research task (Catch 10 Pokémon) and seasonal research task (Trade a Pokémon)
• Paras — In the wild, Mossy Lure Module spawn, one-star raids and event-exclusive research task (Catch 20 Pokémon)
• Skwovet — In the wild and seasonal research task (Evolve a Pokémon)

Rewards: 3000 XP and Tarountula encounter.

Whimsical Woods Collection Challenge Pokémon list

Whimsical Woods is the second Collection Challenge running during Pokémon Go’s Enchanted Hollow event. Want to earn its rewards? Then make sure you finish it by Sunday 9th November at 8pm (local time).

Here’s all of the Pokémon in the Whimsical Woods Collection Challenge and how to get them:

• Cottonee — In the wild, Mossy Lure Module spawn, event-exclusive research task (Catch 10 Pokémon) and seasonal research task (Take a snapshot of a wild Pokémon)
• Karrablast — In the wild, Mossy Lure Module spawn, event-exclusive research task (Catch 10 Pokémon) and seasonal research task (Trade a Pokémon)
• Morelull — In the wild
• Stantler — In the wild, Mossy Lure Module spawn, one-star raids and event-exclusive research task (Catch 20 Pokémon)

Rewards: 3000 XP and Tarountula encounter.

Enchanted Hollow field research tasks

Here are the Enchanted Hollow event-exclusive field research tasks in Pokémon Go:

• Catch 10 Pokémon reward — Cottonee, Petilil, Karrablast and Shelmet encounter
• Catch 20 Pokémon reward — Paras and Stantler encounter
• Win 2 raids reward — Drampa encounter

Enchanted Hollow bonuses

• Double XP for spinning PokéStops.
• Double Lure Module duration, meaning they will last for one hour.
• Increased chance of encountering shiny Paras and shiny Stantler.
• Little patches of glowing forests beneath PokéStops.

The Enchanted Hollow event is currently running and it’s brought Tarountula! Remember to check the November event and raid schedule. There’s a lot to do in Pokémon Go outside of the current event! First, it’s worth learning about the level update. After this, you might want to fight in the Go Battle League, use Party Play, compete in a PokéStop Showcase or explore a Route for its Gift Exchange. Keep an eye out for rare Pokémon and don’t forget to collect Max Particles, so you can battle Dynamax Pokémon in Max Battles.

Tarountula and Spidops debut

Enchanted Hollow has brought Tarountula and Spidops to Pokémon Go! These Bug-type Pokémon are part of Gen 9, which means they make their home in the Paldea region. Check out our how to get Tarountula guide if you need help adding them to your Pokédex.
