Spark’s Caretaking Quest is the worldwide event running alongside Go Fest 2026: Chicago, so everyone can have some Pokémon Go fun this week. You’ve also got another chance to catch a Spark-themed accessory Elekid (this time with a Team Instinct background) for your costume Pokémon collection. Spark’s Caretaking Quest field research tasks
Here’s the Spark’s Caretaking Quest field research tasks:

The Spark’s Caretaking Quest event is currently running! The Forever Forward season is here, so it’s a good idea to know the June event schedule. There’s a lot to do in Pokémon Go outside of the current event! From the Go Battle League, Remote Trading, PokéStop Showcase, Routes and Max Battles. Don’t forget to catch rare Pokémon while you’re at it.

Spark’s Caretaking Quest eggs
Any 7km egg you collect from either Gifts or Gift Exchange during Spark’s Caretaking Quest can hatch one of the following Pokémon:
- Pichu
- Elekid
- Shinx
- Varoom
- Galarian Corsola
- Hisuian Qwilfish
Go Pass: Spark’s Caretaking Quest
- Go Pass is available between Tuesday 2nd June to Monday 8th June at 8pm (local time).
- There’s no daily point limit between Saturday 6th June at 12am (local time) until Monday 8th June at 7:59pm (local time).
- You must claim your rewards before Wednesday 10th June at 7:59pm (local time).
- Every player receives the Free Track.
- Upgrading to the Deluxe Track costs £4.99 / $4.99 or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency.
- Upgrading to the Deluxe Track with six Ranks pre-completed costs £6.99 / $6.99 or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency.
- This purchase is non-refundable and can not be done using PokéCoin.
- Free track rewards include access to Major Milestones and encounters with Spark-themed accessory Elekid with a Team Instinct background, Galarian Corsola and Jolteon.
- Deluxe track rewards include an additional Major Milestone, a Super Incubator and more encounters with Spark-themed accessory Elekid with a Team Instinct background.
