The need for resources and building materials in Pokémon Pokopia is constant. Sometimes it will feel like you can never gather enough to keep your Pokémon pals all housed and happy. The good news is that you can visit Dream Islands to get lots of resources, saving you time and effort.

To visit Dream Islands, you will need to bring Drifloon some dolls. You can find Drifloon on the western beach in Withered Wasteland, and you can only bring them one doll a day, limiting the number of islands you can visit. While there, you can farm up resources without interfering with your actual island, and you can also find some goodies.

To visit an island, place the relevant doll on the ground, then inspect it. Drifloon will come to you where you are and ask you if you wish to visit the island. You can find items and clues for habitats, as well as shop items that are used to make the island levels, but you can just take them for free.

You can visit that same island as many times as you like throughout the day, but resources and items won’t respawn. It can be a great way to find things like Relics and Fossils, as it essentially gives you extra spawns for those each day, instead of just being limited to your real island. Once you are done on the island, interact with Drifloon again, and they will bring you home.
