It’s the start of another week, and that means another heaping of games is unloaded on the PlayStation Store. For the week of July 7 to July 13, there are a few big games arriving on the storefront.

Aside from the two sports games, there’s also an anticipated remaster that’s more like a remake that’s also being released too.

Ten games are releasing on the PSN Store this week, and we have the top games featured first, followed by the rest of the games list sorted in order of release.

Top Games Releasing The Week Of July 7

EA Sports College Football 26 (PS45 — July 10) — EA’s latest collegiate football sim gets a new entry. Given how well-received College Football 25 was, expectations for this new entry are high. Expect your usual roster update, streamlining of features, and new gameplay mechanics that make this experience feel fresh.

System Shock 2: 25th Anniversary Remaster (PS5, PS4 — July 10) — Already available on PC, the console versions of the remaster got delayed, and are just releasing this week. This is a full remaster of the classic, which includes the multiplayer. Check out our review to see what we thought of the PC version, which should feature the same gameplay as its console brethren.

Tony Hawl’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 (PS5, PS4 — July 11) — The latest re-imagined Tony Hawk Pro Skater games, expect upgraded visuals, new parks, the same fantastic soundtrack, and even new skaters added. Our review of THPS 1 and 2 discusses how it retains its original roots while incorporating modern mechanics.

Missile Command Delta (PS5 — July 8) — Missiles are incoming. The stakes are high. Only you can stop the destruction. The teams at Mighty Yell and 13AM Games have taken one of Atari’s most iconic titles and created a high-pressure, tactical turn-based game where players must manage their pool of defenses strategically to survive rounds of incoming missiles.

Somber Echoes (PS5 — July 8) — Master acrobatic combat and uncover ancient secrets in a myth-inspired Metroidvania set aboard a forsaken space vessel. Explore, upgrade, and fight your way through a decaying world where every ability unlocks new paths—and survival means mastering your powers.

Bad End Theater (PS5, PS4 — July 10) — Welcome to BAD END THEATER! The decisions you make in one story will affect the others. You can toggle these behaviors to open up new paths! Unfortunately, every path leads to a bad ending…

Cats Away (PS5 — July 10) — In Cats Away, players manage the crew and resources of a sailing ship on an exciting and dangerous exploratory voyage. Steer the ship during combat, maneuvering into more advantageous positions and giving orders on the fly to counter enemy tactics. Between battles, dock in faraway ports-of-call to upgrade weapons and equipment, meet new friends (and enemies), learn new skills and much more. Take on side missions to earn treasure, level-up the captain and the crew and open new routes to uncharted waters!

Islanders: New Shores (PS5 — July 10) — The next chapter in the beloved minimalist city-building franchise is here. ISLANDERS: New Shores invites you back to a world of tranquil creativity, now reimagined with expanded gameplay, stunning visuals, and a host of fresh features that build on the charm of the original.

Bendy and the Dark Revival (PS5 — July 11) — Bendy and the Dark Revival® is a first-person survival horror game and the much anticipated sequel to Bendy and the Ink Machine®. Play as Audrey as she explores the depths of a curiously creepy animation studio that’s gone completely mad. Combat ink-tainted enemies, solve puzzles, and evade the ever-lurking Ink Demon while seeking your way back to the real world. You never know who or what is going to be around the next corner in this dilapidated realm of shadows and ink.

Patapon 1 + 2 Replay (PS5 — July 11) — PATAPON is an action adventure where players use the rhythm of 4 Mystical Drums to command cute and mysterious eyeball-like creatures known as Patapons.

If none of the games there interest you, we spotted 10 games priced at $1.99 or lower available on the newest PSN Store sale that you might want to check out. Not only that, but the best game of 2025 (in terms of review), is now discounted on PSN for the first time, and it’s one game that warrants all the praise its gotten so far.
