The Journey of Nations: Europe objective is now live in FC 26, and we can finally unlock the 97-rated Maradona for our Ultimate Team squad. However, you’ll have to complete the full objective set (and all four previous ones) to get your hands on the card.
This guide will help you to complete the objective in the quickest possible time.
Quickest way to complete the FC 26 Journey of Nations: Europe objective
While you can complete all the tasks one at a time, it will take a lot of extra effort. Instead, you should strategically build your squads to complete multiple tasks together.
Phase 1 (Six games)
Here’s the squad to use. You can use this squad in Live Events, Rivals, or Champions. Using the 4231 formation is mandatory for this phase.
- Six Spanish players
- Three English players
- Two French/German players
Here’s the list of tasks to complete.
- Win all six matches
- Score a goal with a Finesse Shot from outside the box in any three wins.
- Score a volley with a German player in one match.
- Score a goal with a Penalty with a French player in one match.
- Score a goal off the Woodwork.
- Get a Backheel assist with a German/French player and five assists with English/Spanish players.
Phase 2 (Five games)
Here’s the squad to use. You can use this squad in any game mode (including Friendlies).
- Six Dutch/Portuguese players
- Three Norwegian players
- Two Belgian players
- At least one player with 88 Shooting
- At least one player with 88 Dribbling
Here’s the list of tasks to complete.
- Score with your players with 88 Shooting and Dribbling in all five games.
- Score with one Through Ball assist and one Lobbed Through Ball assist in all five games.
- Score one goal with Low Driven Shot in three wins
- Score four goals with a Norwegian ST, and two goals from outside the box with Portuguese players in one match.
Phase 3 (Five games)
Here’s the squad to use. Once again, you can use this squad in any game mode (including Friendlies).
- Two players from Bosnia/Czechia
- One striker from Switzerland
- One player from Croatia
- One player from Austria
- One player from Scotland
- One player from Turkey
- One striker from Sweden
Here’s the set of tasks to complete.
- Make two assists with Through balls with an Austrian player and one assist with Through Pass with a Bosnian/Czechia player in three games.
- Score four goals with a Croatian player in one match.
- Score three goals with a Swedish striker in one match.
- Score three goals with a chip shot with a Turkish player in one match.
- Score two goals with a Swiss striker in one match.
- Score a goal with a Finesse Shot with a Czechia player in one match.
- Score a goal from outside the box with a Scottish player in one match. Get three clean sheets and three assists with a midfielder.
Once done, you’ll finish the European set. If all the previous four sets are also complete, you’ll immediately add the Maradona item to your collection.
