Atlus Unveils Exciting Details About Raidou Remastered
Atlus has revealed new information regarding Raidou Remastered: The Mystery of The Soulless Army, a highly anticipated title that will feature over 120 demons drawn from both new and classic entries in the Shin Megami Tensei series, including the recent SMT V: Vengeance. Among the updates, the company highlighted several characters that players can expect to encounter in the game, including those associated with the enigmatic Hell’s Pawns group. A notable enhancement in this remastered version is that Raidou Kuzunoha will be equipped to learn Summoner Skills for the first time.
Increased Demon Diversity
In the original Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs.the Soulless Army, players could access nearly 80 demons. However, in this remastered edition, the roster expands dramatically by over 50 demons, boosting the total to more than 120. Atlus has confirmed that many demons will be selected from classic titles such as Devil Summoner 2: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. King Abaddon and SMT V: Vengeance. The demons you team up with will possess both Combat and Passive Special Skills, acquired through leveling up or fusing. Players can also utilize Skill Books to impart new abilities, with loyalty playing a role in the development of Passive Skills.
Character Introductions
Among the newly introduced characters, we find an array of allies and adversaries that deepen the narrative. Kiyoshi Daidouji, a member of the Daidouji family and its textile company, is on a quest to locate his niece, Kaya, kidnapped by the Hell’s Pawns. Another notable ally is Kenzo Satake, a yakuza member from the Kanto Haguro Family who serves as an informant. Also making an appearance is Private Sadakichi, a character linked to Munakata’s controversial Super Soldier Project, which is intertwined with the malevolent Hell’s Pawns. Adding a layer of mystery is a bizarre creature known as Red Cape, who has been instilling fear in the local populace.

Summoner Skills: An Enhanced Gameplay Feature
Further enhancing gameplay, Atlus has also elaborated on Raidou Kuzunoha’s Summoner Skills. These abilities are categorized into Combat Skills and Sword Skills, both of which influence Raidou’s combat prowess. Interestingly, Combat Skills offer flexibility during battles, whereas Sword Skills are activated prior to engagements. Players can gain these skills by creating weapons through Sword Alchemy.
Release Information and Pre-Order Bonuses
Raidou Remastered: The Mystery of The Soulless Army is set to launch on June 19, 2025, across multiple platforms, including the Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC. However, physical editions will only be available for the Switch, PS5, and Xbox Series X. Pre-ordering the game grants players a stylish pair of Raidou Glasses for the character.
