However, these upgrades come at a price, and as players will quickly discover, resources are scarce across Revenge of the Savage Planet’s exotic worlds. 5 Griff & Splunker's Faster Dumper 1 & 2

The Griff & Splunker’s Faster Dumper upgrade is a two-part enhancement for the pistol that addresses the cooldown issue. The first upgrade gives players a brief window to vent the excess heat by pressing a button at the right moment. The second upgrade makes it even easier to dump the heat, turning the Pacifier Pistol into a relentless, deadly weapon.
4 Pyrex Loot Magnet

3 Grunk Power Booster

As players progress through the story and unlock deeper space locations, they’ll encounter more powerful enemies, some of which are protected by shield-like body parts. To take down these tough aliens, a standard Pacifier Pistol won’t suffice. These enemies require explosive ammo, and the Grunk Power Booster upgrade provides just that.
Purchasing the Grunk Power Booster unlocks the pistol’s charged shots, which have explosive properties. While these rounds are slower than regular bullets, they’re much stronger and deal significantly greater damage. Players should aim to get this upgrade as early as possible, ideally before venturing into the hostile environments of Revenge of the Savage Planet.
2 Planet Scanner

The Planet Scanner update makes valuable items, like the coveted Orange Goo and Printer Slurry, visible on the map. The best part is that the upgrade is permanent, so once activated, the exact locations of all valuables on a planet are revealed, making it the ideal upgrade for completionists aiming to 100% Revenge of the Savage Planet.
1 Landing Impact Nullifier
Removes Fall Damage for Good

Fall damage is a key feature that adds to Revenge of the Savage Planet’s Metroidvania elements. In essence, players are restricted from exploring certain areas due to the risk of taking damage from heights. However, this can be easily fixed shortly after the prologue by purchasing one of the game’s best upgrades: the Landing Impact Nullifier.
Without the Landing Impact Nullifier, full immersion in the game’s world is difficult. While the upgrade removes a realistic aspect of the game, it enhances the joy of leaping from high cliffs without fear, encouraging players to explore in search of something new.
For those looking to jump higher, two Jump Pack upgrades are essential: Boosted Slide Jump, which lets players combine sliding and jumping for extended distances, and Zoot Jump Thrusters, which allow multiple midair jumps.
