S-Rank Hunters are considered the strongest, and many of them have the power to take on an entire Dungeon singlehandedly. As powerful as they are, only a handful of Solo Leveling‘s S-Rank Hunters would survive in Dragon Ball Z, which is filled with strong martial artists who can produce devastating Ki blasts.
For the most part, the S-Rank Hunters who can survive in DBZ are durable fighters who can fight on par with several villains and Z Fighters. Several of these S-Rank Hunters can fight literal Gods in their own universe, which means they can survive some of Dragon Ball Z‘s most intense Sagas.

If Min Byung-Gyu had been around during the Saiyan Saga, Yamcha and Tien may have survived.
Thanks to the Disguise Skill, Min Byung-Gyu could blend into his surroundings and hide all traces of his presence, which means he could have kept healing the Z Fighters without being targeted specifically. Min Byung-Gyu could also buff his allies’ strength and speed, which makes him more effective than a Senzu Bean. If a much weaker healer like Dende, who has no fighting capabilities, can survive all the events of DBZ, than Min Byung-Gyu definitely has a chance.
9 Baek Yoonho Would Be One Of The Strongest Human Melee Fighters At The End Of Dragon Ball Z

Baek Yoonho would probably become a background character by the end of DBZ, but he would still survive.

He would have been able to cut through the Saibamen with ease and there is a good chance he could have sliced through Android 19 and 20. If someone like Yajirobe can survive until the end of Dragon Ball Z, Goto, with his superior strength and swordsmanship, certainly can.

During a sparring session, she easily defeated Kanae Tawata, a Japanese S-Rank Hunter, and she would have defeated a berserk Atsushi Kumamoto if she actually wanted to kill him. During the Jeju Island Raid, the Ant King targeted Cha Hae-In first because she was considered the biggest South Korean threat.
Cha Hae-In lived up to her reputation during the Jeju Island Raid when she cut down the Ant Queen with her Sword of Light technique. She can increase her attack speed to the point it looks as though she is dancing. Even Z Fighters like Yamcha, Tien, and Krillin might have trouble hitting her. Chi-Chi is a human martial artist who was able to pressure Goten until he transformed into a Super Saiyan, and Cha Hae-In is at least equal to her in terms of strength, so she should be able to survive until the end of DBZ too.

Even powerful Dragon Ball Z characters like Piccolo and Gohan should be affected by Go Gunhee’s telekinesis.
Unfortunately, Go Gunhee is in his 80s, which means he can no longer use his full power or fight in prolonged battles. Master Roshi, one of the best mentors in anime history, is in a similar boat, but he still managed to survive the events of DBZ and fight in the Tournament of Power in Dragon Ball Super. Go Gunhee should survive too as long as he chooses his fights carefully.

As a master swordsman with telekinesis, Li Zhigang can choose to hold DBZ characters like Master Roshi, Piccolo, and Tien in place long enough to slice them into pieces. Li Zhigang is strong enough to take on a Monarch, so such a feat would not be outside the realm of possibility. Most of the Androids would not fare any better, and although he cannot outright kill Majin Buu, he can certainly cut him at full power.

He is a proud and aggressive individual, so he would likely get along well with Vegeta. Thomas is a master hand-to-hand fighter who held his own against Rakan, the Monarch of Fangs, which means he would also be an effective sparring partner for DBZ Vegeta.
Thomas is durable enough to take a direct hit from a Monarch and walk away unharmed, which means he should be able to withstand punches from Cell and even Majin Buu. Thomas’ Ruler’s Authority is powerful enough to pull a massive S-Rank dragon like Kamish out of the sky, so he might be able to pull Z Fighters towards him mid-flight too. His Power Smash technique focuses his immense mana into his fist, and the punch that follows should be powerful enough to hurt DBZ Goku or Gohan.

They entrusted him with their power in exchange for killing the new Shadow Monarch, granting him National Level power in the process.
Il-Hwan Sung’s immense strength and speed allowed him to fight two Monarchs at once. The only reason he died is that his body could not properly adapt to the Rulers’ powers. Based on his power level, and the fact that he can conceal his presence using Stealth, Il-Hwan Sung should be able to fight on par with a Super Saiyan. There is no doubt Il-Hwan Sung can survive the events of Dragon Ball Z, but chances are he would sacrifice himself along the way.

As The Second Shadow Monarch, Jinwoo Has Become The Strongest Hunter In The World
Now that Jinwoo has reached Level 100, he has cemented himself as the most powerful Hunter in the world and one of the strongest anime characters of all time. After acquiring the Shadow Monarch’s power, he gained the ability to turn fallen enemies into Shadow Soldiers. These Shadows fight on Jinwoo’s behalf, and the combined power of his strongest soldiers should be enough to contend with enemies like Nappa, Zarbon, and Dabura.
Jinwoo is strong enough to fight and kill Monarchs, which means he can probably beat iconic DBZ villains like Cell and Frieza. In terms of physical strength, he should be able to trade blows with Super Saiyan 3 Goku. If Jinwoo uses his best daggers with the Mutilation Skill while using 100% of his power, he can probably slice Goku and Vegeta into pieces. Since Jinwoo is strong enough to take on most of Dragon Ball Z‘s characters, there is no doubt he would survive until the end.
