To unlock the 'Good Ending,' you simply need to defeat the Dealer. This requires winning against him in all three rounds of the roulette game.
In the first round, without any items, you must rely on assumptions and calculate the statistics of loaded and empty shells to surpass him. Since charges are limited, this round doesn't last long.
In the second round, using the best item combinations is crucial to defeating the Dealer. The final round has an increase in charges and chaos with more items on the table. However, in Rounds One and Two, even if you lose all your charges, the doctor, represented by the person smoking in the hallway, will revive you.
But in Round Three, the doctor won't heal you, so survival is paramount for achieving the Good Ending. Additionally, in Round Three, when either side has only two charges left, they become faded, and receiving damage with faded charges is lethal.

Upon reaching the Good Ending, you'll depart from the Dealer's location with a vehicle, the money briefcase you've earned, and a shotgun.
How To Unlock The Bad Ending In Buckshot Roulette
To unlock the 'Bad Ending,' you simply need to lose to the Dealer. However, it's not possible to do this in every round since the doctor revives you in the first and second rounds. You need to survive until the third round. Then, when you reach the third round, your charges need to be faded, meaning only the last two charges remain.
You'll know this when you see the animation of the cables on your side of the game machine being cut, indicating that the defibrillator is not functioning. At this point, any damage you receive will be lethal. From this moment on, you can intentionally lose to the Dealer without worry.
After reaching the Bad Ending, you'll find yourself in a place with a blinding white light, reminiscent of a purgatory. Behind a black iron gate, you'll see menacing spikes emerging from the ground.
