Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes is definitely one of the games that start out slow but keep getting better and better as you progress. One of the main milestones in this game is when you get your own castle since you unlock a bunch of potential recruits right after.
However, you have to progress further into the game if you want to unlock even more recruits. Faye is one of the recruits that'll require you to progress quite a bit since you not only need some other specific recruits, but also a higher castle level.
How To Start The Faye Quest
If you want to have a chance at finding Faye, the first order of business is to progress the game until you get your castle since this is the only place where you can recruit her. However, there are some other requirements as well:
- Castle level two
- Euchrisse unlocked, specifically the capital called Hishahn
- Recruited Yusuke, Francesca, and Yume
You'll likely recruit Yusuke and Francesca in the beginning itself, but you'll have to head back to Werne Village and start the Yume quest after you get your castle.
Once you've met all these requirements, you can head out of the main door of your castle and take the first path on the left. You'll encounter a cutscene that'll start the Faye quest here. However, before you progress in it, you'll have to head back to Daphan Village and recruit B'baba. You can only recruit her after triggering this cutscene.
Where To Find Faye In Castle
After recruiting B'baba, you can talk to her in the right room on the first floor of the castle to begin locating Faye. You'll have to find her three times in three different locations as follows:

After exiting the room with B'baba, keep going up until you reach the roof. The cutscene triggers as soon as you enter this area with Yusuke. |

Exit B'baba's chamber and head straight to the left room where you'll find Faye with Francesca. |

Third Location |
Finally, to get to her third position, you'll have to take the stairs to the second floor of the castle and find Yume in the lobby at the bottom part in the middle. |
Once you locate Faye for the third time, she'll automatically join your party after a small dialogue.
