The world of Once Human is rich with exploration, puzzles to solve, and challenges to complete, all of which are rewarding. Whether you're earning experience to level up your character, acquiring various currencies to purchase new items or gear, or obtaining rare special items, each task offers valuable rewards.
Each phase in the server you play on comes with a set of Season Goals, consisting of various tasks that you should complete for rewards. While many of these tasks can be achieved through regular gameplay, some are less straightforward or clear, such as the Treant Challenge using Incendiary Blast.
How To Complete The Treant Challenge Using Incendiary Blast
The first thing you need to do is unlock the Gaia Cliff Monolith, which you can achieve by progressing through the main story until it leads you there.
This Monolith will challenge you to defeat a boss called Treant, but for this challenge, your focus should be on one of the three Tangled Vines surrounding the area. In order to complete the challenge, you’ll need a Molotov Cocktail, and the rarity doesn’t matter whether its the normal or the improved version of it.
You can usually find a Molotov in storage or weapon crates when looting at settlements , so you should have some in your inventory.
If not, you can craft an Improved Molotov Cocktail at a Synthesis Bench.
Head to the Gaia Cliff Monolith and start the challenge against The Treant. You can go solo or bring a friend; it doesn't matter. After being teleported, make your way to the boss arena, where you’ll find the main boss in the center and three Tangled Vines around it.
Target the vine on the right side, as it is the st. After you reach it, weaken the Tangled Vine until it’s very low on health, then throw your Molotov at it to deliver the final blow.
If done correctly, you should receive a notification confirming you’ve completed the challenge.
The Molotov must deliver the final blow , not just the burning effect, so ensure the Tangled Vine is very weak before throwing it.
If you miss, you have two other Tangled Vines to try, or you can always restart the Monolith and try again.
