Palworld: How To Get Plasteel

There are dozens of resources to collect in Palworld, and one of the most difficult to get is Plasteel. You'll go through cloth and metal armor before you reach the level where you can forge Plasteel armor, and once you do, you'll never go back.

However, it takes a lot of work to make Plasteel in large quantities, but with a little help, you can construct some of the best weapons and armor in the game to protect yourself from tough Pals and the elements. Here's everything you need to know about Plasteel and how to get it in Palworld!

How To Get Plasteel

Plasteel is a new material introduced in the Sakurajima update, and the newest armor and weapons require a great deal of it. You'll unlock the ability to craft Plasteel at level 51, and you'll need to have an electric furnace to craft it.

It takes a long time for Plasteel to be forged, even with Pals that have level four kindling. However, you can split up your Plasteel forging into several electric furnaces to speed up the process.

How To Farm Crude Oil For Plasteel

You'll need a lot of Crude Oil if you're going to make Plasteel in bulk. Crude Oil can be found at oil sites across the Palpagos Islands, most noticeably in the desert and across Sakurajima.

You'll need the Crude Oil Extractor and several high tier electric Pals who can power up the Large Power Generators required to extract oil. Grizzbolt and Orserk are excellent choices for this, as well as Relaxaurus Lux.

It's best to place a base in locations where there are two oil sites , and having multiple bases dedicated to extracting oil will greatly help you increase your output.

If you still need more oil, keep an eye out for supply drops that may have crude oil inside. Of course, you can always attempt to raid the oil rig to the southeast corner of the map, but that's a dangerous ordeal.

What Can You Do With Plasteel?

Plasteel can be used to make armor, weapons, and accessories, as well as craft Ultimate Spheres. The trade off for this versatile and durable material is the high cost to create it. Still, it's well worth the investment if you can get a hold of the materials and craft yourself some new gear.
