Some require more work than others, like exclusive Pals that can only be obtained through breeding or at a specific time of day. However, each Pal is unique and offers help around your base to ensure things run smoothly.

Where To Find Bushi Noct
Bushi Noct is an elusive Pal that can only be found at night in Sakurajima. You won't find them along the shore, so stay towards the grassy parts of the island and keep an eye out for the flames from their hat. They are a Dark variant of Bushi, so they'll look similar to the standard Pal.
As a mix of the Fire and Dark element types, Bushi Noct is a useful ally to have, yet a dangerous foe to face if unprepared. It's best to prepare by bringing a Water or Dragon element type Pal into combat to gain the upper hand.
Jormuntide, Emperor of the Sea , is perfect for this!
Whether you find Bushi Noct on Sakurajima in a cave or in the open field, you'll fight the same way. Keep your distance from their ranged attacks and watch out for the walls of fire they can summon.
Chip away at their health until it's low enough to throw a Legendary Sphere, then keep at it until you've caught yourself a Bushi Noct. If you're worried about accidentally subduing Bushi Noct, wear the Ring of Mercy to keep yourself from reducing its HP to zero. Once you have Bushi Noct, you can deploy them at your base.
They're best suited for kindling, handiwork, lumbering transporting, and gathering , making them a versatile Pal that can help in a variety of ways.
If you choose to use them in combat, their Partner Skill is useful as well. Flash Blade will target an enemy and unleash a powerful laigiri when activated, so use it well to take down strong Pals!
