Zenless Zone Zero, MiHoYo's latest hit gacha game, launched today. As with all games by the Chinese developers, players are diving in deep and making all kinds of new and interesting discoveries.
One of these early discoveries that has caught the game's community off guard revolves around a cute little black-and-white cat and its, uh, reproductive organs.
The Anatomy Of A Cat
The furore started when Twitter user and gacha game YouTuber FobM4ster shared a picture of a feline in Zenless Zone Zero and what he perceived to be its "giant balls."
Shortly after, the Tweet had reached an audience of almost 150k people, and glorious discussions began on the anatomy of cats. Many Twitter users, like Maramel and Momox Tempest, were quick to point out that, in fact, this cat's junk is perfectly accurate. Another helpfully confirmed that this depiction means the cat is a male. Seeing as the cat's reproductive organs are considered normal, Tetsuya Hikari declared that "this is a self-snitch if you're calling those "giant".
While the kitty's package was confirmed to be normal, that didn't stop some fans from being aghast at its size. Akka, on Twitter, stated that "blud needs to be neutered," and Luii101 questioned whether the little guy's nuts were the reason Zenless Zone Zero's file size is "so f***ing large!"
SkyZero decided that FobM4sters ignorance on the matter should be called out, stating that "Hoyo's community consists of either absolute normies or absolute touch-no-grass people. No in-between."
I guess this little kitty managed to avoid the censoring that left others so bitterly disappointed .
Zenless Zone Zero's Cat Has Another Charming Detail
Zenless Zone Zero's cat has people talking about it for more than just its balls, though. One Reddit user accidentally left their game idling while they were petting the fur baby and found that the game had some unique lines of dialogue.
At some point during their stroking session, the protagonist's internal thoughts can be seen at the side of the screen, with them declaring they want to "stay with the cat forever and ever" and that they think they've "become glued to the cat. The character Wise also intrudes, stating, "Sorry to interrupt… but you've been petting that cat for five minutes".
Well, Wise, quite frankly, that's none of your business.
