Tohoku’s Pikachu proves that location is everything, as this rare promo card was only distributed to customers who purchased five or more packs in celebration of the Tohoku Pokemon Center’s reopening in June 2017. Cards were distributed until they ran out, which didn’t take very long, as you might imagine.
However, if you were smart enough to spend the equivalent of five packs to get your hands on this rare promo card, then you’re likely smiling ear to ear as you read about its roughly $300 value. With such a cute Rowlet poncho as its costume, this card might be too cute to sell.

Clefairy combines with Lillie to form perhaps the most iconic duo to come from the Sun & Moon era, and while this Pokemon hails from Kanto, Lillie is a native of Alola. As one of the only traces of the Sun & Moon era’s feature region, Lillie carries the torch as the most popular character introduced during this generation.
