Sometimes, the only way to show your love and appreciation for your favorite anime characters is to make a statement, and make a statement you will – if you have the space for this massive My Dress-Up Darling plushie.

After racing around the track in her very own Mercedes GT3 race car, My Dress-Up Darling protagonist Marin Kitagawa is hoping to catch fans’ attention with another IRL cosplay.

This time, she’s proving that size does matter when it comes to taking the title of the biggest plushie in your collection.

However, her hefty price tag, chonky size, and the never-ending questions from your friends and family could make this plushie a life-changing experience.

Marin Kitagawa goes supersized with new plushie

The My Dress-Up Darling Super Jumbo Plush features Marin kitted out in her signature cosplay of Shizuku, the leading character from her favorite video game series.

It’s not Marin’s goth girl look that will turn heads, as the “Super Jumbo” plushie really does live up to its name. According to the official store listing, the gigantic plushie stands at 3.3 ft tall, 2.3 ft wide, and weighs 17.6 lbs.

Essentially, what you have here is a toddler-sized soft toy that weighs about as much as a bowling ball. It also comes with a ¥66,000 pricetag, which is around $420, so it could be a fun one to explain to the bank or your partner.

Of course, this is a small price to pay when compared to Ghost in the Shell’s life-size figure of Motoko Kusanagi, which costs over $7,000.

So, if you don’t mind dedicating a permanent seat to Marin Kitagawa and are prepared to deal with the judgmental eyes of your loved ones, then this supersized stuffed toy is the best investment you could make this year, well, besides Silent Hill 2’s James Sunderland body pillow and umazing Umamusume plush that costs $1,959.
