
As announced by the developers, Genshin Impact Luna III will be releasing globally on December 3, 2025, at 11 AM (UTC +8). A scheduled maintenance lasting for five hours will take place prior to the update, during which developers will perform bug fixes, and update the game to the latest version. For the duration of this maintenance, all servers for the game will be offline, and players will not be able to login to Genshin Impact.

Maintenance for the Genshin Impact Luna III update will begin on December 3, 2025, at 6 AM (UTC +8), and will last for exactly five hours, following which the servers will once again go live on December 3, 2025, at 11 AM (UTC +8).
While maintenance for the update will begin and end simultaneously across all servers, players might experience discrepancies in the exact timings depending on their specific time zones. Here is a list of the Genshin Impact Luna III schedule across a variety of servers and time zones:

Once maintenance is over, players can login to Genshin Impact to claim compensation worth 600 Primogems, which will be sent to their in-game mailboxes. Banners featuring the new 5-star Pyro unit Durin, and Anemo Archon Venti will also be available for players to pull on once the Genshin Impact Luna III update goes live.
