The next major upcoming Marvel collab has already been leaked, and it seems Fortnite is bringing skins from the latest Spider-Man film, Brand New Day, to the game. While Epic Games has not revealed anything officially, given their association with Marvel, the collab will likely take place. To add to that, there’s also a teaser, in the form of a mural, that can be spotted in-game and was added with the recent v41.20 update. Fortnite Spider-Man Brand New Day Skin Release Date
Based on speculation, we can assume that the Spider-Man Brand New Day skin will be released in Fortnite on July 30, 2026. There are two main reasons for this: Firstly, there’s a major Fortnite update on the given day, and the film debuts the day after.
Also, taking into account that we have a total of 11 Spider-Man skins already in the game, this is no mere coincidence. The timing for the update and film couldn’t be more synced. Having said that, we could see the Fortnite Spider-Man Brand New Day Skin release earlier the same week.
Furthermore, you can find a mural of the new Spider-Man suit from Brand New Day in The Battlewoods POI on the Fortnite map, in which the friendly neighborhood hero can be seen fighting a member of an evil organization known as The Hand.
Epic Games is known to release Fortnite collab skins which are often leaked a day or two before the film releases. The only thing we don’t know is what to expect as part of the collaboration. However, we can speculate on this.
Which Skins to Expect From Fortnite Spider-Man Brand New Day Collab?
Based on trailers, we know a list of important characters that will be featured in Spider-Man Brand New Day. There’s Scorpion, Grey Hulk, the cult known as the Hand, and, of course, The Punisher. We already have the Hulk, so we can omit that possibility, but there’s a high chance an MCU version of the character could be added.
The highest possibility lies with Frank Castle, aka Punisher. He’s been a part of the MCU for a while, and there’s a high chance he’ll make his debut in Fortnite. It would be interesting to see him fighting alongside Spider-Man in Brand New Day and in Fortnite, as well as a skin.
Aside from skins, we could also see the Spider-Man Sprite, which could give players the power of Web Slingers. They were extremely popular back in Chapter 3, and fans have been waiting for their return ever since. That’s all we can speculate for the moment.
