The footage appears to have been recorded by an employee of the towing company. As he walks toward a red vehicle that has already been partially loaded onto the back of a tow truck, the worker describes the unusual situation, saying, “Alright, I’ve got a situation with this lady. I guess she just got a BBL or whatever and she said she ain’t going nowhere, so she want[s] to lay in her car. That’s what she said she’s gonna do.”
Other children can be seen gathered around the vehicle before the camera focuses on a woman lying across the back seats of the car, refusing to leave as the tow truck driver attempts to resolve the situation. When the employee asks her to get out of the vehicle, she closes the door on him.
