You need to farm different rarities of Exoswarm Pendant to ascend Luuk in WuWa. It is primarily dropped by enemies in the Lahai-Roi region. You would want to fight Outcast Executioner and Thundstaff Outcast.
You can also purchase lower rarities of the Exoswarm Pendant from the Store’s Item Exchange for Oscillate Corals. Forgery Challenge is another source of this development material.
Waveworn Shard
The LF, MF, HF, and FF Waveworn Shards are primarily dropped from the Forgery Challenge in Lahai-Roi. You would want to clear the Lesson in Void dungeon to get the specified drops. You can also synthesize them if you have the necessary materials.
