A YouTube channel with “AI slop” videos has been going viral after users found that the AI commentary melts down at points and starts talking nonsense.
When it comes to social media now, it’s hard to go a few scrolls without running into AI-generated content. X (formerly Twitter) has Grok integration, Meta has it’s Meta AI app, and YouTube is full of videos with AI visuals and commentary.
Some channels have become dedicated to AI content too, with many blurring the line between real and fake.
Over the last few days, a number of YouTube users have noted a channel called Joe Liza WWE being full of AI-generated videos. These clips range from shorts to longform content, and regularly cover topics that aren’t at all real.
“AI slop” videos break AI-generated voiceover
As per Futurism, the channel has been around since 2007, but fans have started noticing that the AI commentary on some videos fails at times, leading to your ears being attacked by just noise.
Two of the biggest examples of this come on the videos “Ric Flair SENDS A CHILLING Message To Triple H After WWE Ban” and “Triple H Just Released 25 More WWE Sauperstars And Nobody Saw It Coming”, where the AI commentator starts to say ‘what’ and then gets stuck in a loop.
In the first example, the video does have subtitles, so you can watch them to see what the AI should be saying. However, on the other, the YouTube-generated captions also just repeat “what” and “whoa” for a few minutes.

The channel, which has around 2000 subscribers, has attacted plenty of interest as a result, with many viewers mocking the AI for failing.
“Me when I can’t swallow the hot dogs coming down the conveyor belt fast enough,” one joked. “I’m crying bro this is the funniest s*it ever,” another said.

“I saw a post on Bluesky about how this is a soulless AI Slop channel full of AI-generated clickbait thumbnails and AI blunders, delete your channel and get off YouTube permanently,” another commenter flagged.
YouTube has been cracking down on what they perceive to be “AI Slop,” even banning some of the biggest channels around that focus on AI-generated videos.
The platform has been criticized for giving AI the reins on its moderation system, leading to some genuine creators getting flagged for misleading content.
