Jinya Ramen Bar has teamed up with Dragon Ball Z for a new summer promotion that lets fans collect exclusive anime pins alongside a limited-time bowl of ramen.

The restaurant chain has launched its Summer Chef’s Specials menu, introducing a new Creamy Tonkotsu Ramen and Hokkaido Mille Crepe dessert.

While this sounds delicious, the most exciting part is that Dragon Ball Z fans can get up to three collectible pin badges if they dine in at participating restaurants. The pins are based on iconic characters from the anime: Goku, Vegeta, and Shenron.

As for the new Creamy Tonkotsu Ramen, it’s made with a rich pork and soy broth topped with pork chashu, seasoned egg, green onion, kikurage mushrooms, leek, crispy garlic, and spicy garlic miso.

If you still find you have a Goku-sized appetite after slurping down your bowl of noodles, you can also grab the Hokkaido Mille Crepe, which comes served with vanilla ice cream, strawberry and raspberry sauce.

“This season is about pushing creativity while staying true to what makes ramen special. With Dragon Ball Z in the mix, it feels like we’re bringing a bit of that larger-than-life energy into the kitchen,” said Jinya Ramen Bar founder and CEO Tomo Takahashi.

“The Chef’s Specials reflect that spirit of transformation, familiar comfort elevated to its next form, while the collaboration creates an exciting experience for Dragon Ball Z fans and ramen lovers alike,” he continued.

The Summer Chef’s Specials are available now at participating Jinya Ramen Bar locations and will run until August 31, 2026. While this DBZ ramen collab is sure to go down well with anime fans, those after a spectacle might want to check out this sushi boat that comes served on a bed of dry ice.
