How to get Light Wood in Moonlight Peaks
In Moonlight Peaks you can harvest Light Wood from Birch Trees. These are the trees with white bark and pink leaves that you can find scattered around the map. All you have to do is chop these down to get Light Wood — you can do so with a Rusty Axe, meaning it’s one of the earliest wood types you can obtain.
So far, the best place for finding Birch Trees has been your own farm — though they are less common than the other ‘normal’ wood type trees that will spawn here.
If you’re not sure you’re attacking the right tree, simply walk up to it and look at the bottom of your screen. You’ll get a prompt to ‘shake’ the tree. This will tell you which type of tree you’re facing, and if you’re facing a Birch Tree, you’re in the right spot!
