Planks in Moonlight Peaks are an essential resource you need to craft if you want to create different, and more useful, items to help your new farm home flourish. Planks will be mentioned early in your adventure, but it’s not too clear how to get them. On that note, here’s how to get Planks in Moonlight Peaks.

How to craft Planks in Moonlight Peaks
In Moonlight Peaks you need to craft Planks at a Refiner using three Wood. However, as simple as that sounds, the first thing you need to do is actually unlock the Refiner and build one!
Step 1 — Build a Refiner
To unlock the Refiner you need to give Ridge 50 Wood to fix your roof. Once your roof has been fixed, Ridge will greet you and give you the Refiner crafting recipe.
Once you’ve got this, head to your workbench and craft the Refiner with the following:
- 20 Stone
- 20 Wood
When you’ve built this, place it down. At this point, you’re likely to have quite a small home so place it outside.
Step 2 — Craft Planks
Now all you need to do is interact with the Refiner, select ‘Planks’ and craft them using 3 Wood. You can bulk craft if you need to as well, just remember this will increase the amount of wood you need to use.
