Japanese Fate/Grand Order players have helped overseas fans unlock in-game rewards by rallying together, and it’s just as wholesome as you’d expect.
On June 25, the Fate/Grand Order USA X account released a challenge for the English version of the game. The requirement was to get a combined 35,000 Likes/Reposts on the Facebook/X post before July 4, 2026.
If players managed to band together and achieve this, they’d be gifted 20 Saint Quartz, an in-game currency that is used to roll on the game’s banners and unlock new characters.
Just like Genshin Impact and Honkai Star Rail, having access to free pulls is incredibly important as it gives players more chances to unlock powerful characters without spending money (provided you get lucky).
With the rewards on the line, Western players asked their Japanese cousins to lend a hand, and they delivered in a big way.

As soon as the post went live, comments and social media posts quickly spread across X, asking Japanese players to assist them with beating the 35k milestone.
“It is time to light the beacons and call on JP for aid, wrote one commenter. “Japanese Master!! I’m really sorry to bother you every time, but could you please help out with the North American version of FGO’s SNS sharing campaign this time too? The reward stones are boosted, too, so I’d really appreciate your help with this one,” wrote another.
This post was then followed by a slew of Japanese players retweeting and liking the post, while others helped raise awareness of the international community’s cause.

“It looks like the following campaign was held in the North American version of FGO! Let’s support our overseas bros with everyone’s power!” wrote one player before vowing to give it their all to help overseas players.
“I’m the Master from Japan! I’ll support you!! Do your best, overseas Masters of Chaldea,” commented one fan.
Fast forward to June 26, and the jolly cooperation between Japanese and overseas fans has paid off. The X post has already breezed past its 35,000 goal, reaching more than 38,000 likes with over a week remaining before the deadline. Now, here’s hoping the pulls bless everyone with the character they’re looking for.
