Sisters use social media to show how they adapt to daily life
Anna and her sister Teresa, who posts similar videos on her own Instagram, were both born with congenital limb differences and have lived their entire lives without arms.
Adopted at a young age, the pair were encouraged to be independent and learned to use their feet in place of hands.
Their videos show a range of everyday activities, from eating meals and typing to personal care routines, as well as tasks like showering and feeding pets.

The siblings previously appeared in a 2024 YouTube video, where they discussed their lives in more detail.
“Anything I do is definitely centered around my limb difference because the world is not built for someone missing both their arms, so I’m constantly having to adapt,” she said.
The sisters have also collaborated on videos together, using their platforms to address misconceptions around physical disabilities and demonstrate how they navigate daily routines.
Anna said having someone with the same experience has been important, explaining: “That is very valuable to have someone that I am close with who shares the same experience. We are truly the only ones who understand each other.”
Despite facing negative comments online, Teresa said she uses social media to challenge stigma, coining the phrase “arms are overrated” in response.
